Cash Prizes on Offer through the 2018 IT Service & Support Awards

The IT Service & Support Awards are intended to showcase IT professionals who demonstrate excellence, professionalism and innovation in the IT sector.

The IT Service & Support Awards are intended to showcase IT professionals who demonstrate excellence, professionalism and innovation in the IT sector. The awards recognise, promote and acclaim excellence, professionalism and innovation in the industry and celebrate the achievements of individuals and teams for the contribution they make.

The following categories make up the 2018 Awards:

  • Best Service Desk (Small/Large)
  • Best Managed Service Desk (Small/Large)
  • Service Desk Analyst of the Year
  • Service Desk manager of the Year
  • Inspirational Leader of the Year
  • Best Implementation of an ITSM Solution

The winning candidate in each of the programme's categories will receive a cash prize of either £500 or £1,000 and a glass trophy. Winners and finalists will also receive press coverage as well as publicity on the Service Desk Institute (SDI) website

Small businesses in the IT service sector (teams and suppliers) operating in the UK may enter this awards programme. They may self-nominate, nominate their colleagues or enter a team for one or more award categories.

The deadline for entries for the 2018 awards is 1 December 2017.
